IT之家 3 月 22 日消息，英伟达在 GTC 2023 上推出了其新一代 RTX Ada 工作站专业卡 RTX 4000 ADA，配备了 6144 个 CUDA 核心和 20GB 显存。据爆料人 kopite7kimi 消息，英伟达可能还有一款规格更高的 RTX 5000 ADA 要发布。
消息称，RTX 5000 ADA 有 15360 个 CUDA 内核和 32GB 的 GDDR6 显存。这意味着 RTX 5000 将使用英伟达的 AD102 旗舰 GPU，因为 AD103 只能提供 10240 个 CUDA 内核。
英伟达现已发布的 RTX 4000 ADA SFF 专业卡配备了 6144 个 CUDA 核心，192 个 Tensors 和 48 个 RT 核心，在单精度工作负载中可带来 19.2 TFLOPS 的算力，在 Tensors 测试中也可以提供高达 306.8 TFLOPS 的算力。这款显卡采用半高双插槽设计，不需要外接供电，TDP 70W，海外定价为 1250 美元（IT之家备注：当前约 8588 元人民币）。
目前，英伟达暂未公布 RTX 5000 ADA 的发布计划。
