多黎哥音乐人 Bad Bunny 近日遭前女友 Carliz De La Cruz Hernández 起诉未经许可在两首歌曲中使用她的声音，并向其求偿 $4,000 万美元。
Carliz De La Cruz Hernández 声称自己是 Bad Bunny 在 2017 年推出的歌曲《Pa Ti》，以及 2022 年格莱美获奖专辑《Un Verano Sin Ti》歌曲《Dos Mil 16》里面那句「Bad Bunny, baby.」的声音主人，其律师在诉讼中表示 Carliz 在 2015 年某次聚会上收到 Bad Bunny 的录音请求后，便向他发送了几个版本的语音档。
而后，就在《Un Verano Sin Ti》发布前几天，Bad Bunny 的代理人向她提供 $2,000 美元买下音档版权，但 Carliz 拒绝了，现在她「与众不同的声音」却被运用在商业用途，包括宣传、社群媒体、广播，甚至可能在未来收录于更多作品中。
诉状中写道：「从那时起，Carliz 无论是在社群页面或是公共场所时都会收到关于『Bad Bunny, baby.』的评论，事情已发生、困扰已经造成，由于上述种种，Carliz 感到担心、痛苦、恐惧、不知所措和焦虑。」
除了向 Bad Bunny 寻求赔偿之外，Carliz 同时也起诉了 Bad Bunny 的经理 Noah Kamil Assad Byrne，有兴趣的读者不妨留意后续发展。
