NaaS 表示，它提供各种充电功率和电池容量配置，并可以通过开放 API 与主要 OEM 连接。EV 充电机器人目前能够通过其底层 API 接口与 EV 系统连接。如果电动汽车电池电量不足，NaaS 表示机器人将启动自动车辆搜索并前往寻找汽车充电。
NaaS是第一家在纳斯达克（NAAS）上市的中国电动汽车充电服务商，截至2022年12月底，已连接超过51.5万个电动汽车充电桩。
