有鉴于前两部的极佳口碑，《死侍 Deadpool 3》光在制作阶段就备受各界瞩目，尤其是关于该剧在正式纳入 MCU 后将会如何发展，以及重磅回归的「金钢狼」Hugh Jackman 又会以什么样的姿态与「死侍」Ryan Reynolds 有所互动/嘴？而近日，于前两部饰演死侍未婚妻的 Morena Baccarin 在谈到自己是否回归《死侍 Deadpool 3》时，则是以一种似是而非的说法进行回应。
「我的确想参与其中。而片商也的确有打电话来，希望我加入。然而，我们目前尚未对一些条款达成一致。只能说我们都在尽可能促成，结果是可能会又或者可能不会。」不过 Morena Baccarin 也了解到自己的角色不会是《死侍 Deadpool 3》的重点所在，有别于前两部着重在死侍如何因为未婚妻而努力拼搏，新的电影将讲述死侍与金钢狼的故事，她说：「我认为自从 Marvel 和 Disney 收购死侍宇宙后，他们正试图稍微地重塑这部电影….. Hugh Jackman 将成为其中最重要的组成部分，我相信他会表现得很棒，让我们拭目以待！」
