品玩4月14日讯，美团发布公告称，向公司雇员授出约4604万股股份激励计划，按每股130.9港元，总价值60亿港元，该等股份有半年至两年不等的归属期。美团表示，授出受限制股份单位旨在透过股份拥有权、股息及有关股份的其他已付分派及/或股份增值，使承授人的利益与集团利益一致，并鼓励及留住承授人，为集团的长远发展及利润增长作出贡献。
