《碧蓝幻想Versus: Rising》的创意总监福原哲也表示：“游戏目前在在线游玩时遇到了稳定性问题。虽然我们明白在 Beta 测试期间是会出现一些不顺利，但我们仍然希望能尽最大努力确保提供尽可能愉快的游戏体验。”
官方也在公告中表示他们意识到了玩家的失望，并表示最诚挚的歉意，问题一经解决就会公布新的 Beta 测试时间表。
