《北极百货店的接待员》以客人全是动物的神奇百货店为舞台，讲述了新人接待员秋乃为解决动物客人的烦恼而忙碌的故事。原作漫画单行本共2卷，曾在2022年获得第25届文化厅媒体艺术节漫画部门的优秀奖。动画电影由板津匡览担任导演，大岛里美担任编剧，Production I.G负责动画制作。
