对于飞速发展的人工智能及其可能的负面性，阿里巴巴集团董事会执行副主席蔡崇信今天在澳门国际科技创新博览会（BEYOND EXPO 2023）上表示，不用过于担心AI机器人比人类更聪明甚至取代人类。他认为，人类的大脑还有成千上亿的细胞还没有被认识和探索，人类的潜能还有很多未被认知和开发。
另外，机器人此前只能做一些重复性工作，现在AI虽然已经可以做简单的创意性工作，但机器人很难复制人类相互之间的关系、情商、感情、欲望等。机器人不拥有人类之间诸如父子、夫妻及朋友等这样的关系，机器人也很难产生像人类的一样的“下一代”。
