品玩5月12日讯，苹果官方在北京时间 2023 年 5 月 11 日 17:15 更新全球 Apple 服务状态信息，承认「iCloud 账户与登陆」和「iCloud 邮件」服务在 15:27 – 16:10 服务发生故障。
故障期间，部分用户的Apple ID出现突然被登出，且无法重新登录的情况。当这些用户选择重新登陆时，输入密码后无法验证，同时显示无法连接苹果服务器。除了硬件设备，网页端也出现用户无法登陆的情况。受到登陆问题影响，包括 Apple Pay在内的部分苹果服务和相关功能均无法正常使用。不少用户还表示，苹果官网、零售店也无法完成结账。
自北京时间2023 年 5 月 11 日 16:15 起，Apple 服务开始逐步恢复。
