考虑到安全性的部分，车用 ChatGPT 仅限语音形式，旨在最大限度地降低驾驶干扰。另外 Mercedes-Benz 和 Microsoft 正在与 Azure 合作，为数据保护提供「企业级的安全性、隐私性和可靠性」。 Azure 表示，所有对话都将「储存在 Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Cloud 中，并在那里进行匿名化处理和分析」。
