由 MAPPA 制作的超人气动漫《电锯人 Chainsaw Man》于去年底正式播毕，不少网友们原以为在上月举办的「MAPPA STAGE 2023」会有新一季相关情报发布，不料最终却音讯全无。近日，网络则有传言指出《电锯人》第 2 季与全新剧场版情报即将公开。
网路情报帐号 @Kudasai 声称 MAPPA 即将公开《链锯人》第 2 季的最新情报，另外还确定加码推出全新剧场版。值得注意的是《电锯人》为 MAPPA 100% 出资制作，因此 MAPPA 拥有所有开发决定权，而社长大冢学曾在过去接受采访时表示本作首季虽然取得圆满成功，但相比《咒术回战》仍有许多进步空间，尤其实体光碟方面的销量不佳，因此 MAPPA 会持续探索如何吸引更多关注们甘愿为本作掏钱消费。
