7月13日消息，《欧洲芯片法案》的结果已经出炉，高达近500亿元的补贴将启动，为的是打造自主半导体产业链。
该法案旨在促进欧洲本土的微芯片生产，以减少对其他市场的依赖，同时希望将欧盟在全球芯片市场的份额，从不到10%提高到20%。
对于打造自主半导体产业链的行为，光刻机大厂ASML高管曾对外表示，半导体业只有通力合作，建立完全自主的产业链，即使并非不可能也会极其困难。
目前，全球大部分高端半导体都来自美国、韩国和台湾地区，欧洲在这方面落后于竞争对手。
为了完成这样的壮举，欧盟还将鼓励更多的制造商在欧洲生产半导体，包括外国公司，如英特尔、沃尔夫斯比德、英飞凌和台积电等。
