台积电3nm制程目前良率仅55%，或将不会按标准晶圆价格向苹果收费

虽然有消息称苹果A17 Bionic和M3处理器已定下台积电90%的3nm制程产能。但外媒指出，台积电目前3nm制程产能良率仅有55%，距离正常良率仍有差距。因此台积电将不会按照标准晶圆价格向苹果收费，而会按照可用合格晶圆来收费。预计需等到2024年下半年才能开始以标准晶圆价格收费。
