2023年7月24日，勃林格殷格翰宣布，旗下 BI 764532（DLL3/CD3双抗） 获得中国国家药品监督管理局（NMPA）药品审评中心临床试验批准，该试验是 一项在复发性/难治性广泛期小细胞肺癌（ES-SCLC）和其他复发性/难治性神经内分泌癌患者中评价静脉输注用BI 764532的开放性、多中心、II期剂量选择试验。
BI 764532通过对表达δ样3（DLL3）分子的癌症细胞诱导免疫介导性杀伤，以SCLC为代表的神经内分泌肿瘤DLL3表达率高，是BI 764532的重要潜在目标。 随着此次临床试验的正式批复，标志着中国同步加入BI 764532的全球临床开发，勃林格殷格翰 “中国关键（China Key）” 项目“再下一城”，继续践行对中国患者的承诺。
BI 764532在SCLC乃至神经内分泌瘤领域已经展现出初步的治疗效果，未来仍然需要进一步深入探索和研究，以更好地了解其治疗的真正潜力。
