品玩7月28日讯，7 月 27 日下午，小鹏与大众汽车近日达成战略合作，在机构电话会上，小鹏方面谈及了双方合作的一些细节。
7 月 26 日晚，大众宣布将向小鹏增资约 7 亿美元，以每 ADS15 美元的价格认购小鹏约 4.99% 的股权。交易完成后，大众将获得一个小鹏董事会观察员席位。在合作的初期阶段，面向中国的中型车市场，双方计划共同开发两款大众汽车品牌的电动车型，并计划于 2026 年走向市场。
谈及双方的合作模式，小鹏方面表示，大众基于小鹏 G9 的平台，硬件到软件，打造 2 款 B 级别 SUV。小鹏提供平台和技术，大众做工程研发和设计还有制造。
