VinFast与特殊目的收购（SPAC）公司Black Spade Acquisition在周五发布的联合声明中表示，双方计划8月完成合并。Black Spade将于8月10日召开特别股东大会，批准与VinFast的拟议业务合并。根据声明，合并后新实体的潜在股权价值估计为230亿美元。
VinFast已向美国市场运送约3000辆电动汽车。该公司上周五还在美国北卡罗来纳州开工建设价值40亿美元的电动汽车工厂。
