据悉李未可科技本轮由国中资本领投，多维资本持续担任独家财务顾问。本轮融资完成后，资金将主要用于产品迭代及海外渠道拓展。
李未可科技成立于2021年10月，成立之初便获得了一轮融资。创始人茹忆作为中国最早一批进行安卓系统开发的工程师，参与研发了摩托罗拉第一款智能手机。创业初期，茹忆与团队便希望围绕“AI+AR”将李未可打造成为一家拥有前沿技术的消费科技公司，相比于早期风靡全国的天猫精灵等智能硬件，李未可的产品将更贴近于个人助手，且是一个拥有多模态AI的助手。
