荷兰电动脚踏车品牌 VanMoof 于今年 7 月宣布破产，而 McLaren 旗下子公司 Lavoie 近日正式宣布收购 VanMoof，并持续开发该品牌的产品。
VanMoof 的电动脚踏车与 Lavoie 的电动滑板车将一起踏入国际市场，两品牌将持续推广环保交通工具、安全和健康积极的生活方式。
Lavoie 执行长 Eliott Wertheimer 表示：「凭藉下一代电动自行车、智能技术、创新设计和忠诚客户，VanMoof 和 Lavoie 将完美结合。VanMoof 在全球拥有 190,000 名客户，我们的目标是让这些客户持续使用 VanMoof 产品，同时继续开发新产品。」
