王慧文卸任 OneFlow 公司执行董事

天眼查App显示，近日，国产开源深度学习框架 OneFlow 关联公司北京一流科技有限公司发生工商变更，王慧文卸任法定代表人、执行董事，Oneflow创始人袁进辉再接任法定代表人，并任董事长。目前，王慧文仍担任公司董事。

北京一流科技有限公司成立于2017年1月，今年3月，北京光年之外科技有限公司入股该公司，持股39.15%成第一大股东，随后王慧文接替袁进辉担任公司法定代表人，并担任执行董事。

今年6月，美团表示王慧文因个人健康原因申请辞去美团董事一职。旗下 AI 初创公司光年之外也在今年8月完成工商变更，创始人王慧文退股，美团旗下天津三快科技有限公司成唯一股东。
